Lancaster Newspapers puts case 'to bed'
Lancaster Newspapers and Barley Snyder partner George Werner have finally seen the victorious end to Weber v. Lancaster Newspapers (Lanc. Co. CI-98-13401). The most recent motion in the case was withdrawn by Weber last Thursday, Sept 20, 2007. By withdrawing the motion for post-trial relief that was filed August 10th, Weber finally put the case, first filed in 1998, to bed.
